This harbour needs WebGL 2 and WebAssembly, and this browser doesn't offer one of them.
Any current desktop or phone browser will do: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari 15 and later. If you're on a work machine, hardware acceleration may be switched off in the browser's settings.
Load the morning lighter before the tide turns. Mind the swing.

Ten-odd lots on the quay, one lighter alongside, four minutes of tide. Hook each lot by its lifting eye, set it down on the lighter's deck and open the grab.

A slews her anticlockwise and D clockwise, as seen from above. Let go of a lever and she eases to a stop.
When the horn goes you're paid for every lot aboard, less damage and salt water, for the height of the stack, for how level she sits, and a bonus if nothing went in the harbour. Turn her over and you're paid nothing. Get everything aboard early and the minutes you save are paid too.
Kettle's on. The tide isn't waiting, but it'll wait for this.
